OFFICIAL RULES

1.) Only the following Non-Bill fish will be considered:

Tuna, all species*
Dorado*
Wahoo*
Mako Shark
Thresher Shark
Grouper*
Halibut*
Rooster Fish will NOT be allowed.
*30 lb minimum weight required to qualify.

2.) Fish With Me staff and/or the Dock Masters at Playa del Sol, Palmas de Cortez and Punta Colorada must sign the weight slip. Weight slips must be post-marked within seven days of the catch and must be accompanied by a photograph of the fish and the angler. (Photos will not be returned.)

3.) Entries MUST be received prior to the Angler's travel to the hotels or PRIOR to fishing in any Fish With Me event.( A copy of the Entry or Weight Slip WILL be accepted.)

4.) All Anglers release the hotels, Fish With Me, and any sponsors or their agents from all claims of negligience or liability arising from their participation, and agree to waive all such liability and claims.

5.) The decisions of the judges and the staff are final.

All participants names will be presented to the Hemingway "Look Alike Society" at the 2005 Convention in Key West, Florida.
